Please note that limited edition tour merchandise and opened media items are final sale unless defective.

Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the parcel.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid Royal Mail return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any local Post Office branch and retain your proof of postage until your refund or exchange has been processed.
